Hi guys long time contributor here, been away sick last few months, plus work blocking boards etc. Serious anxiety attack tonight, combined with mania has led me to be able to stay hyper aware of how anxious I am. None of the benefits all of the bad. I have taken a couple of my meds too close together for comfort. One of them is so riddled with warnings and is so strong its scary so I'm actually legitimately concerned this is a bad mix and it says to consult immediately if these families of anti anxiety, anti psychotic etc mix. Now I'm not too bad, I'm coherent, but was vomiting a little, very rare event for me tbh so I'm concerned a good bit.

In Dublin, can't afford swiftcare atm and my vhi reemburses me... which is useless... will go if needed btw wont let it go.

It wasn't intentional, it was a mistake. I can't address the stupidity aspect now I'll freak out, guys we should discuss this or move it to a thread on that down the line. Heath Ledger is one of many really famous warnings here guys. This was not being mindful of schedule of tablets, nothing more. But I can't eat, drank some iffy apple juice, smoking ciggies etc may as well be main factors. PLEASE LET ME TAKE THE SAFE OPTION ON THIS. I know it's easy to write off an mental health issue combined with worry about my health issue as all ín my head, but if I can make 1 call it's great right? Rather than hours of trying techniques I can't apply cos I'm vomiting... sorry if that's harsh I NEED A NUMBER NOW PLEASE!

can I tonight call a doctor and ask if I need to follow this up and if not what can I do at home that is sensible. Much as I'd like another tablet to sleep, or a tummy pill or something for my gut acting up that's another drowsy and potentially respitary suppressant. I feel like a potential Heath Ledger here.

Look maybe it's just anxiety, but usually the fear stops me from using the phone. I need to call a doc. I can't access my account and my emails are in my real name. I've set this up: hope it works, can people post here for everyone, but mail me if there's anything you think would help... If you want privacy post anonymous here or mail me... I'd appreciate it hugely. I will endeavour (as I always try to do) to help out 5 people in some way for every 1 who does me good here. Anything no matter how random considered if it's safe / not totally mad :)

I have my gf watching over me here, but I need to talk to someone now. A call would make a huge difference, I'm in a shocking state here at times.

    Thanks in advance here guys.

Phone A&E and explain what has happened.

If you have to phone 999.

Its probably a bit late now as it's daytime, but for future if you have a VHI subscription you are probably eligible to phone their Nurseline 24/7 phone service at any time of the day or night.

This will at least mean you can get to speak to a healthcare professional who may be able to advise you. They may still recommend that you go to A&E or phone an ambulance, but as it seems you wanted advice before doing that, this may be an option for you.

Hope you are safe and feeling better today.
