An auction has just been posted from the official auction people for Dollhouse, on ebay for what is entitled "DOLLHOUSE-IVY (LIZA LAPIRA) DOLL/ACTIVE FILE". Could this maybe why she got pissed at Topher?

Thats interesting!....but it's more likely a studio prop...maybe at some point the writers were considering making her a doll, or some plot twist device. But from watching the show it seemed she was not a doll.
