Does anyone have a cassette style stove built into their house/chimney breast?.

Im looking at a <snip> model that fits into the chimney breast the then the walls are plastered around it,as I think it would look more modern in my house than a conventional solid fuel stove.

My question is,how good are the cassette style stoves at giving out heat, and also do they give a decent amount of heat when you use the duct kit to heat another room off ths stove, like a kitchen?

    Thanks.:)

SB edit - no trade names please

Can you please explain to me why you deleted the name of the stove Im using, but on other threads, its perfectly ok for people to use brand names and names of window companies and stuff like that??

Please justify and also explain that to me,and why I am not allowed to post the make or even the model of stove I am installing into my house.

Please explain that to me,as I think I am entitled to a propper reason and explanation.

Well if thats the case, then how come other threads in this construction foprum are allowed to name brand names and makes and models of stuff, like window companies??

And now I get an infraction for daring to ask a question???

    You edited that post.

Now I advised you of what to do and what not to do but you defiantly continue in your little crusade which has earned you an infraction for your troubles.

If you are not happy with any aspect of the moderation of this forum or indeed any forum then what you do is the following:

    1. PM the forum mod.

    2. If not happy with the outcome then PM the category mod.

    3. If you still feel aggrieved then go to the boards.ie help desk for Admin intervention.

Thread locked for your own good.
