Hi, I am looking for a bit of help to lose a bit of weight and would really appreciate some advice.

    About me:

    Female
    Current Weight : 12 stone
    Height: 5 ft 8.5''
    Age: 21
    Student

I play alot of sport so id be training at least 3 times a week and would have a match 2 other days. My sports are Gaelic football and camogie.
Even though I play all this sport my weight always stays the same.
Id say the only thing that lets me down is my diet, Im quite a fussy eater.
My typical daily diet would be something like this:

Breakfast Danone yogurt drink (I dont really eat breakfast)

Lunch: Brown Wholemeal sandwich with ham, Apple, grapes and a plum or orange, 1 litre of water and a small packet of popcorn. I often have a muller light yogurt. Once every two weeks id have a chicken fillet roll with lettuce.

Dinner: It generally is always chicken of some kind....wether its chicken breast, chicken curry with white rice, chicken maryland or roast chicken on a Sunday! The only other thing id have would be pork chops. all of the above excluding the chicken curry would be served with boiled baby potatoes. The ODD time id have oven chips. Once a month Id prob have half a goodfellas pizza for dinner. Being a fussy eater I dont eat vegetables, really lets me down but Iv tried everything and I just dont like them. id have two glasses of water.
On a Sat I have a treat day and I get take away which is usually a pizza r chipper.

Tea/supper: Sometimes I have a Supper not always usually a muller light yogurt or two slices of wholemeal batch bread buttered or a brown wholemeal sandwich.

Snacks: Muller light yogurt or a packet of crisps usually when Im in College probably twice/three days of the week or fruit (grapes usually) or a bar of chocolate prob 2-3 days of the week (when its not lent :D)

Side note: Id usually drink 2-3 litres of water a day. On a Sat I kinda drink alot of soft drinks as its my treat day.

I would really appreciate your advice, thaks :D

cut out the soft drinks and reduce the chocolate/crisps to one day a week.

try to retrain your brain into accepting veggies- if you keep telling yourself you are a fussy eater then you will be...

if after cutting out the crap you still aren't losing weight then go to doctor and discuss it with him/her
