Hi all, I have had discoid lupus for the last 12 or 15 years (that i've known about) i take 400 mg of plaquenil daily. apart for the nasty afters (in the w.c if ya get me) and the occasional dizzy spell in work its being working fine what have you noticed about your lupus and medication
