Playing with a hamstring tear?

Hey, just looking for some feedback and comments on this little situation I find myself in! And if anybody has been in a similar situation before.

So I tore my hamstring about two years ago (severe grade 2 tear), and over the weekend had first round of hurling championship, which is one match, win you're through, lose you're out.

Problem is, we drew...and I had to come off injured with the hamstring going on me. And the replay is looking likely to be this weekend, but St.Patricks Day is also said to be a possibility.

Now the tear is not as bad as two years ago, but it's bad enough to hamper my walk.
I'm receiving cryotherapy and intensive physiotherapy at the minute to try and make the recovery as quick as possible, but obviously enough one week is not long enough to heal a tear in a hamstring fully!

What I was wondering has anyone ever done anything or tried something that would get them through one game, with a hamstring injury?

I know it's quite risky and in the long term not the best idea but this a do or die match and myself along with the team managers are willing to do whatever it takes to get me onto the field for the replay!
