Homemade fruit smoothies

I have two queries about these:

If made in the morning and kept in an airtight container in a school bag, will the nutrient levels be retained for consumption five hours later?

Should they be consumed directly after a meal to minimise the risk of tooth decay from the acid / fruit sugar in the fruits?

    Thanks in advance.

As far as I know (I stand to be corrected) nutrients start to get lost once the fruit is pealed and "minced".
