    hi guys,

I bought a 42" 9 series TV back in October with 5 yr warrenty. Due to a house move and all asociated hassle I never sent in the form, only found it at the weekend unpacking boxes. Can I still send in the warrenty form at this stage?

    Tom,

In theory the due date for retun has now expired - however the Philips Ireland guys are really helpful and I am sure that we will be able to work something out for you - I'll ask Ash to get on the case for you ASAP - just drop us an email to sales@philipsshop.ie with all your receipt and contact details and we will keep you posted with progress,

    Tom,
Ash is on an ill deserved day off today - I'll give him a kick tomorrow and ask him to pass it on to Philips towers....;)

    Apologies for the delay,
