    Started discussing this type of thing on another thread got me thinking of this. What are peoples favourite or most horrific sessions that they do in training and why?

    Ill start. 10*500m @ 1500m pace
    This session just kills me because i am not great for my speed endurance and the extra 100m always kills me when i am used to either 4s/6s the distance just too long for these anaerobic session and too short to be classed as a contolled effort. Just a killer:(
