Any ideas for converted attic storage?

Hi folks, the house we will soon be moving into has a converted attic space.

Its your classic triangle attic space, a bit like this:

Note this is not ours, i got this from google images.

So anyway at the moment it has both sides boxed off, with some doors for access, just like the picture above.

Now the problem is my parents have an attic like this, and i find stuff gets put into it and never comes out. Basically it just gets full of stuff.

So I am wondering is there any better way to use the space?

Should i rip out panels and replace them with storage unit?

Would some kind of sliding panels work better than the doors?

Any one seen any units that fit into a sloping space?

    Any ideas would be welcome.

Stick a TV on the wall, get a cheap surround sound system, a couch, maybe a mini-fridge. You've got yourself a perfect entertainment room.

Awesome post! I really like your theme style and design. Decorating a room with different styles of furniture is fashionable and new but it can be hard to pull off. It is very nice.

    Hi leftofcentre
Those doors are for access to the space behind walls. There would be wiring / piping etc that you may need access too at a later stage. It can become a junk room to (Everybody has this somewhere in house).
