Does anybody know where you can buy Omega 3 eggs and/or Sugar-Free peanut butter in Dublin? I haven't been able to find them anywhere!

    Cheers! :D

Tesco or Superquinn? Both my local stores have them.

Holland & barret do a 100% pure peanut butter, meridian brand 1kg tub for about €7. No added sugar, salt or other fats.

I am not sure if the omega eggs are worth buying, a lot of those things are gimmicks jumping on the latest buzzword, somebody else might post if they are worthwhile.

As said - Meridian peanut butter in H&B, nourish or any of those health food stores. I prefer crunchy to smooth.

If the OP is very intense towards working out then they are very worthwhile, for the other 95% of gym goers I wouldn't even bother

I'd go for ordinary free range or organic eggs, and take a fish oil supplement. Many of those eggs are Omega because the hens got fed flaxseeds. Flaxseesds do give Omega 3, but in a form that's less available than fish oil or oily fish.

I already get loads of EFAs in my diet, normally I wouldn't bother with omega 3 eggs but I am doing dave palumbo's keto diet in a few weeks and it's very clear about using omega 3 eggs only! Hence the sugar free peanut butter as well.

Thanks for the suggestions I'll take a look!

Peanut butter with added sugar is pointless, its fine without. I love the stuff, but its not good for a deficit. ABC butter would be the business too imo

I think in America it's harder to get organic eggs than it is here. Omega 3 eggs are the next best thing.

Tesco's, dunnes and supervalu all stock a whole earth 454g tub for 2.79, best value really. They also stock the kelkin smooth or crunchy. H&B are way more expensive.
