    Seriously, it does depend on what you need. Are you trying to lose weight, bulk up, deal with an allergy, eat clean, break a sugar addiction?

    Are you young and active, or older and sedentary? Are you under or overweight? How much do you exercise and what kind?

    And very important, what do you like to eat? There's no point recommending a vegan website to someone who wants to do Atkins.
