    i did a each way accumulator today for 4 horses must all of the finish in the top 3 or must they all finish 1st.

    Depends on the race. I'll be kind and explain the in's and out's of it to you;

    The bet has two parts a win part and a place part (e.g. a €5 e/w accum will have a €5 win part and a €5 place part.)

    Obviously all the horses have to win for the win part of the bet to come in.

    For the place part; all the horses have to place. Now what a place is depends on the number of runners and type of race. A general rule of thumb is < 7 runners its 1-2 only and > 7 runners its 1-2-3. Check with your bookmaker.
