Does anyone know who is offering the best bundle deal on a PS3 atm? I'm thinking of buying one for the exclusives like MGS4, Heavy Rain and Uncharted 2. The best I can see atm is Gamestop which offer the 120Gb slim with ANY new game for 330 euro...

Thats pretty good,you can pick up MGS4 for about 20 quid new now since its gone platinum.

Hmm I might go for it so, do you need a HDMI connection on your monitor or can you use VGA/DVI?

That sounds like a good price with either Heavy Rain/Uncharted 2 alright, also check here for recommended ps3 games

*You can use a dvi to hdmi adapter, but you wont get sound through it that way.

The odd time I bring my PS3 into the bedroom to hook up to my 22" Samsung DVI monitor. I use a DVI / HDMI adaptor. I would imagine this would sort you out. Can be got for a few euros. http://www.dabs.ie/products/cablestogo-velocity-hdmi-f-to-dvi-m-adptr-63P7.html?q=hdmi%20to%20dvi%20adaptor

It comes with a composite cable

you will need to buy a component cable seperate, it can take a HDMI cable but not DVI / VGA unless you get a switchbox / splitter of some sort.

It has optical out for 5.1 surround sound but nothing for direct speaker output unless you split the component

PowerCity are doing a decent price on the 250Gb - last I heard was around the 330 mark with (I know they're old) GT5Prologue and Ratchet & Clank.

Checkout the special offers in Xtra-vision for used games - Uncharted1 and DeadSpace for a tenner, MGS4 for under 20 - not bad!
