Bank, Broker Processes

    I am having on-going dealings with a bank , a broker, the ombudsman and some others to remain un-named about an on-going case.
    I have done well in proving the case against the broker and i am now trying to get to grips with the bank.

    My strange question is... During the processing of a mortgage application could the bank or lender be described as a customer of the broker. I read it in some ways that the broker is selling a service to the bank and client.

    My other question is... Correction of incorrect information on documents. Is there a procedure that banks, brokers etc should follow?.

    At the start of this process and just looking for hints.
