Website For Nutricious Meals?

Hi. I'm new to this forum. I'm 39 and want to improve my life. I'm 39 years of age, 5ft 9, small framed and weigh between 160 and 165 pounds.
I'm not hugely overweight or anything but would like to lose some upper body fat. I feel tired, sluggish and lazy a lot. Want all that to change.

3 weeks ago I started running and surprisingly, I'm enjoying it.
    I intend to continue.
Want to change my diet now.
Are there any particular websites that supply healthy recipes?
At the moment, there's not much I can cook. Shepherds pie, roast chicken, chicken and brocolli pie etc...maybe they're not that healthy!
But I'd like to add an array of healthy recipes to my list, so I can start eating more healthy.
    Has anyone any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.

    Zak.
