Im doing a project on steel portal frame structures for an assignment and I'm using a car dealership at Airside Swords, I have to mention a number of aspects and the attachment is one of them, it does look like its screws, as you say.

I have contacted the architect to try get information on the structural side of things.

They scew the insulated sheets onto light galvanised purlins at about 1 - 1.5m centres depending on portal frame spacing and sheet lengths etc. I had a similiar design to do in college. All the info is there on the main panel manufacturers website. type "xxxxxxxx Panels". Don't think i can mention manufacturer name. Drawing detals and everything there.

The company do cavity boards, insulated plasterboard and solar tubes... Biggest insulation manufacturers in ireland.
