hair prices confusing me??

im so clueless, im reading a price list on the net for colouring, and im not getting all the terms? lol i dont understand them at all could someone explain please?


Tint (Semi/Perm) €30
Floodlights from €25
Masking €18
Half head €55
Full head €85
T – bar €40
Bag Highlights €55

I would think the first one is when you dye your hair all one colour, one is a semi which washes out in time and the other is permanent.
Half head is when they put highlights on the top half of your hair and full head then is highlights through your whole head of hair
A T-Bar is when they put highlights through where your hair parts and on the sides(hence the name)
I think bag highlights are when they put a cap on your head and pick strands out and dye them, i'd say they probably wouldn't be great for the roots.
i dont know what masking or floodlights are

im looking to get the black lifted out and having a dark brown put in with caramel and lighter brown streaks in it

Im not sure about lifting the black out.
But you'll end up getting a semi/perm dark brown put in so that will be 30 and then i'd assume they'd recommend a half head or a t-bar to put in the caramel and lighter brown streaks.
I got a semi dark brown put in before with t-bar highlights in just one colour and i thought it came out nice:D I just got the T-bar highlights to brighten up the solid colour, i didn't want too many streaks. You might want to get the half head though as it sounds as if you want more streaks:D
