Bleeding After Morning After Pill - Worried :(

Last sunday i had sex with my bf, the condom wripped and he said he felt that he came a little inside me.. i was so worried so monday morning i went straight to the doctor and took the morning after pill (11 hours after)

i was just finished my period 2 days before i had sex, so i knew there was less of a chance of me getting pregnant but i just wanted to be sure
anyways i thought everything was sorted, but today, 4 days after i took the MAP, i noticed some bleeding, im starting to really freak out because i googled it and it says the bleeding could be implantaion bleeding which means im pregnant or could be side effect of the MAP

i knew there was a chance of me bleeding because the doctor said i could, but she never said it could be days later...

help i need some advice

oh try not to worry but don't google it, the safest thing is go to see your Doctor but I have taken the MAP before and to be honest it was so long ago I can't remember if I bled but it worked.
