    What is a GSW form?

I recieved a letter asking for it to be returned to the welfare 7 days as my JSB credits have run out.

Also my final full payment was 2 weeks ago, last week I got a half payment. will this continue until I qualify for JSA?

GSW = Genuinely Seeking Work form, or to give it it's official title UP19.

I would imagine it would have been sent out to you or given to you along with the paperwork you had to complete in order to make your application for Jobseeker's Allowance. If you only got half payment last week, that would suggest to me that your JB credits have already run out.

My advice - get into your SW office on Monday, if its just the GSW form that's holding up your claim it should be simple enough to sort out. Bring along details of jobs you have applied for
