    my wife is taking maternity leave and has been assessed at 270 per week,im getting 67.10 so where does that leave us. will i be docked money now?:confused:

    i am on job seekers allowance 67. 10 ,my wife is self employed and this is what she was assessed at , 270 euros..

    Once her maternity leave has started, you need to go to your hatch and inform them your wife is not working and getting mat. benefit. They should do a review of your means and adjust your payment accordingly.
