UPC Flicker/delay

I've had my digital + box for about 6 months now, but the last week or so it seems to have developed an issue. On all channels, every 10/15 minutes there is a slight pause in the display and a couple of seconds later it catches up. Sound keeps running smoothly though. Is anyone else having this problem?

Only got my Digital+ box this week.

Noticed the same glitch last night.

Also getting pixelated/choppy picture every now and again too.

I put it down to UPC upgrading in the area....but if it keeps up I will be on to them
