mate after buying a house in Skerries, looking for best set up for his tv's, 8 different points, so freesat in each room is probably a bit over budget. Does anyone know if the Kilkeel transmitter is easily got there or what is the norm in that area for picking up the UK stations? He's not bothered about freeview, all he wants is the 4 Irish and 4 UK stations in each room, I know I'll pick up the Irish ones handy, its just the UK ones I'm not sure of in that area, I'd like to have an idea of which one to go for when I get there.
    Thanks for any replies

People have asked this question before: I suspect Divis & Kilkeel will be OK: look at the the rooftops and see which way the aerials are pointing. Llanddona might be a possibility as it does beam to the NW to cover most of Anglesey and can be received on the Isle of Man. But rooftops give you the answer...

If he has a sea view to the northeast, Kilkeel is your only man but a rooftop aerial is necessary. Skerries is at a very low height to be able to manage Divis effectively.
