Just curious, who here uses supplements as an aid to their training?

If you do, what are your favourite brands and why?

How much attention do you pay to your diet when your training for competition etc.

What about diet in general? Would you look after it?
I guess I'm aiming this at the more competitive focused folk here. How much attention would you give to your over all diet when training for a fight?
