    Hi all,

I'm trying to source the above journal, and with great difficulty i might add.

There's an article by Ercus Stewart i'm interested in reading which was referenced in the Parliamentary debates on the Arbitration Bill.

I can't find it at all; google merely references the Bar Council's Committee, Westlaw IE/ UK, Lexis, Jstor and even the UCD database, which i have access to turned up no results.

Does anyone know of the Journal or where i can get my hands on it?

    Regards

Tried e-mailing him? Most of these people are fairly approachable. Stewart even has his own website - www.ercus.com !

Just make sure to do it from your university account, say you are a student and explain why you're bothering him.

Hi Joe, I came across you post while researching for my article that I am writing for issue no. 2 of this publication. I know one of the editors (hence getting roped in for an article). If you send me your email address I will pass it on to Peter and ask him to contact you with details of how you can get a copy.
