A little local knowledge required please!

Have to go to a funeral in St. Brigit's church in Blackwater tomorrow - where exactly is the church and is it easy to find? I can find Blackwater on the map but can't find any churches! Also, is there parking in the church/nearby?

Also, coming from Dublin down the N11, am I better off going on the R742 or the R741/R744? Which is the better / quicker road?

Thanks folks - any help much appreciated!

Take exit 23 off the N11 signposted Ballycanew.
Follow the R741 for about 25 mins passing through Ballycanew and Ballyedmond. There is a left turn off the road and it is signposted Blackwater. Take this one (R744).
The road has a couple of sharp turns but if you follow it, you'll end up in Blackwater village. Not sure what the church is called but you can't miss it on the left.

That's the way I'd go from Dublin

church is on the left just as you come into the village. there is a car park on the left just down from it or you could park almost across from the church if you are early enough

Thanks again for the advice - made it in plenty of time this morning and didn't even get lost (for a change)!
