I have recently started to do accums on the NHL and NBA, I dont know alot about either of them so i keep my stakes small and its just to give me a passing interest.
As mose punters would already realise in football games, the home team have a better win rate than the away side. Does anyone who bets on either of these 2 sports have any idea if this trend is true for NBA or NHL.

Not too sure about NHL but in the NBA there is quite a big home field advantage - 60% of games are won by the home team.

Here's a site I use for info on North American sports:

    http://www.cappersmall.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=8

As always, do your own research and use this as an additional tool. Also, as happens on some sites, be aware that some guys will talk themselves up a lot.

I like trends and there are a few guys that post various trends on a regular basis.

    Good Luck.
