Advice Needed

Hi Everyone

First time posting here so bear with me I have a feeling this is gonna be a long one!!

Was with my bf for 5yrs, engaged bought a house, recently found out he was messaging girls on the net (this was not the first time) I let him away with it the first time and I thought we had moved on from it.....obviously not!! He was also addicted to cannabis spending money we didn't have on it and leaving bills unpaid unbeknownst to me, well until I started getting phonecalls!!

Anyhoo caught him red handed and I was the one to move out because he had nowhere to go, I know I'm a sucker!! Now I know for a fact he is off seeing other girls as if I never existed and it boils my blood as he was only on whinging to me the other day how he was lonely and missed me still had feelings for me, all the usual crap and then I find out he's trying to woo other girls!! So now I am really annoyed and just want to cut all ties I have with him but isn't so easy because as we all know the housing market has hit skid row and we are more than likely in negative equity, I had suggested he move and we get an outsider to rent the house and he more or less told me to f-off!! Ahhh my head is really wrecked over all this and don't know what to do......any advice??

Hey Op sorry to hear your troubles.Only thing i can advise you to do is seek a lawyer.I hope both your names are on the deed.
