i go regularly to tenerfife, i spent 3 summers working there so have a lot of friends to visit. i would suggest using ryanair and then booking accomodation seperate. alpharooms can be very cheap for good central accomodation. as always you can get lucky with deals too so dont ruin that out.

its late now, hittin bed but if youve any questions about the hotels you find or what to do over there let me know.

+1 for cutting out the middle man, the last 3 times I've been to the Reef I've booked flights and hotel, so much better value, I'd strongly recommend Hotel Sol Tenerife, right beside the beach and bang smack in the middle of everything.. save yourself about 200 quid and you won't be put in the back arse of the resort, the only thing you'll be missing out on is the shuttle bus from the airport, but I hate waiting around for people anyway so suits me down to the ground, 20 quid for a taxi, sorted..

just back from tenerife, weather was 23 most days, stayed in the h10 hotel in las americas for 35 a night each with access to a huge outdoor pool and only a short walk to everwhere.

Its a quite time of year there are minute with not many young ppl, lots of old couples but lovely for a relaxing break
