    Hi All;

    When i do speed sessions I get pain at the back of the knee after the session and a bit sore that night in bed.

    For normal runs its ok and long runs!

    Before anyone say physio I am going to RICE first but i like to have an idea what I am dealing with and if anyone had it before and if so how long were you out for?

    Sorry to hear about your knee pain. I treat these sort of injuries on a daily basis, and there are so many possible diagnoses for what you've described that it's impossible to diagnose without a proper history and physical exam.

    The best advice is to get it diagnosed properly first and then go from there. Perhaps someone can refer you to a professional near you.
