Have Sky+ HD for week, lost all channels on 4 occasions!

After all the excitement in getting Sky HD, it's been a big let down. On 4 different occasions, we have lost all channels. On other occasions, we lose channel 4. Everything went last night while watching a film and they went again this morning. Long story short, if it continues, we wont be paying for this shoddy service.…

Long story short, if it continues, we wont be paying for this shoddy service.

Anyone experience similar problems?

if you only have it a week, surely you can ring sky and get a fix for free. maybe something small and easily fixed
