DLC coming March 30th to xbox

I tried joining this guy on my recent players list and got in but he was in a private game :mad:

Playing HQ on Bailout there, it is an amazing map IMO

Next is TDM on Storm...

I don't want to quit in case I can't get back in!

played a long team deathmatch on crarsh was great got the highest k/d but sadly no xp

Just did something similar, joined into 4 person FFA on crash and won 14-1

Very irritating; I can see people on my friends list playing mw2 online and on the new maps. I get either 'unable to join gaming session' or 'connection interrupted' on both old and new maps.

Is it just maps in the DLC? What about the new weapons and perks that were mentioned?

I'm downloading the stimulus package right now, extremely slow, 40% complete after 20 mins, around 6.6mb per minute. Potentially million+ people trying to download simultaneously.

Have read above posts about issues, I would imagine it may take time to settle, day or two perhaps.

They could charge €x more than 800 points and it still wouldn't cause bankruptcy... that's hardly the point I was making. I know plenty of people who would have paid 800 points but draw the line there. For every one of "us" they lose, they need two extra of "you" to make up for it.

Not worth it, not worth it at all... you'd think for 1200 points I would have got some extra acheivment points, guns or classes... but nope... just maps that pretty much look the same and aren't that great to play...

I still can't get a game on live.

Downloaded the map pack earlier and had a quick look at the new maps by starting a private game.

Pity they didn't include Crossfire instead of crash.

only seem to be able to get into S&D and HQ, no team death match or free for all. I hope at 1200 points it doesn't stay that way.

i don't like that we can only pick if it's hardcore or not everything is random other than that.

I never really play the objective games so the playlists are a bit of a disappointment. That said, I got a decent run of tdm and sabotage games, finally played all the maps.

Initial impressions of the maps are good. I especially like Bailout, the name alone is great not so crazy about Salvage yet.

I think the spawns need to be sorted out though. Even on the old maps, one guy spawn killed me and a teammate three times in the same spot.

Not doing my k/d ratio any favours as I get used to new maps and game modes I never play. Hoping to get more playlist options asap

So far so ok.

Not sure if it's Eircom or COD, but my connection's been shíte today.

The Maps themselves are all quite entertaining.

I can't wait to actually properly do Bailout and Salvage. Some nice looking spots to battle over.

I'd forgotten how lame some of the other game modes are though.
