    Bought a game in December, card debited it January, Status is still awaiting stock. I given up and want a refund. Can find any online option to cancel my order on the site. There was a button in my account until my card was debited, gone now. The phone number at the bottom of the screen doesnt work. Sorry u have rang an invalid number comes up.

    Anyone know how to contact this crowd??

    I had a similar problem trying to contact them after Christmas. They sent me an incorrect item and refused to send out the right item until I returned the wrong item. Then it got delayed in the post back to them and I couldn't get a hold of them in any way. In the end, I found an email address on the website and bombarded that with emails. Though I never got a response by phone or email, I did get the item that week in the post and was refunded my postage for the return!

    There is a procedure on their site for returns and cancellations of orders - have you tried going through all of that?

    Just re-read your post and see you have tried to cancel - oops, sorry! The email address I used was "terms@play.com" and it seemed to work for me
