recieved vodafone iphone last week, still waiting for activation... :(

    any one else having this issue? i recieved my vodafone iphone last week, im a pay as you go customer moving to a pay monthly option,wanting to keep my old number.

    and im still waiting for them to set up the account, ive had to contact them 3 times and im still waiting for them to set this up.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    promises of call backs havent materialsed....

    any one else got any issue like this?

    i got mine yesterday and they got me switched over within a couple of hours. They did say something about servers crashing on Friday last, but if you're waiting a week, there must be something else going on. Good luck - keep at them.

    Maybe you can check in the Vodafone section in Boards.ie they have couple of people around the forum.

    its sorted now thanfully, seems to have been some confusion over me being a pay as you go customer, and moving to pay monthly.
