Hey guys and gals, my apologies if this has been asked before but i'll go ahead anyway. I'm just starting out with triathlons and duathlons and have done a few to date such as the alive outside duathlons in the phoenix park and I also have planned to do a number of triathlons over the summer. My question is this; what do you wear when doing a triathlon/duathlon?

And also should I buy a tri suit or separate tri bottoms and a tri top? any suggestions??
