Back to work for an employee has been cancelled for new applicants, but there is still back to work enterprise allowance - ie for self employment.

I am looking to start working for myself i.e self employment around June/July.I will be 12 months on Jobseekers benefit at the beginning of June.Would I be entitled to this scheme does anyone know?It might be crucial to the survival of my business at the beginning, just to keep the wolf from the doras so to speak for the first year anyway
