    Seriously,
That is a fine looking tractor.

    What year is it?
    Somewhere between '65 and '75?

post 68 judging by the oil filter and the grille.

Lovely tractor. I have a 4600 that looks quite similar, but not done up the the same standard. I love wrapping and turning hay with it though.

It would be nice with a cab though. I'm trying to gather Lambourne bits for my early 4000 Force (with a big oil filter), dose to get though.

    Thanks lad!
The Fords a 72 May of that year if i remember right i decoded the chassis no, all chassis no's match on er so not a cobbled up one from 2 or 3 tractors like so many old tractors are, i know it doesnt make much odds but i like original genuine machines !

she is a beuty, did you do her up yourself, i have a load of youks lying round the place that im promising myself will go into the shed next winter, but you know next winter comes and goes.
she would have power steering and a 4 speed box, they were 2 points that left her ahead of the massey, never had a ford at home ourselves, but plenty of 135s and 165s and a 188 a 20 and a 35x, i would know a fair bit about them alright, but im impressed with that ford.

We had a Ford 3600 once that we did up. Rubbish tractor compared to a 4000, closer to a glorified lawnmower to be honest.
