I posted this message on the DIT board, but it fits more here, I guess. The question is: can EU students apply for any grants/aid? I do not yet live in Ireland, but I'd like to study at DIT from September.

That may be a stumbling block. I'd say you could apply when you move here, have an address, PPS number etc.
