Ryanair - any more?

Are Ryanair going to bring in any more 1c flight deals over the next year?
The reason I ask is that I'd be more likely to go on a flight now moreso than the last few years, and I know they're still very cheap, but it seems the cheapest return flight these days is around €40, incl. the "administration fee" of a fiver each way. I remember around a year or two ago they had the 1c flight, and even the admin fee only brought the total to like a tenner and 2 cent. Will that offer be around again any time soon?

Ever since the Irish government introduced a leave-the-country-fee to try and prevent people from fleeing the island, Ryanair have been unwilling to absorb that. So while they still give away flights almost for free in most sales, you will have to pay the fee of €5/€10 (depending on where you are flying to).

The online check-in fee is normally waived for promotional fares. And the credit card fee, of course, can be avoided by getting a Mastercard Prepaid.
