We Love Darts magazine.

    Have any of you forum members subscribed to the Welovedarts magazine? I paid 70 euros for a 12 month subscription last October and i must say it was a waste of money! Not once has this magazine landed on time and the latest announcement their having a joint March/April issue to celebrate their 1st birthday! They advertised about there big World Championship previews in their December and January editions yet these editions landed 2 weeks after they were over! A joke of a production is the only thing to describe this magazine!

    Unfortunately yes. I subscribed last March for the first issue, and thank god the next issue is the last time I will have to deal with that shower. They wont even answer emails that you send them.

    The first 8/9 issues were all on time, then things started to go downhill fast. I cant see it lasting too much longer.

    Joint March/April...now that's a new one! Does this magazine provide much insight into professional darts or is it just bland interviews? I've never heard one topic of discussion arising from this magazine yet so just wondering

    The magazine has interviews with current players as well as a legend from the past and they do articles like the greatest games and greatest rivalries and previews on forthcoming tournaments which is a joke because the magazine is always late! I have to agree with Buster 180 that this mag won't last much longer.

    Iv had a few dealings with Mervyn Hathaway (Editor) of We Love Darts and I honestly cant knock his enthusiasm.
    However I too have to agree with Buster180, I cant see this magazine lasting much longer, it seems to be the same layout, same inteviews, etc.
    I had an opertunity to sell it through the website and was getting flaked on delivery so pulled out.
    Id honestly love to see this magazine doing well as it has the potential to be extremely successful for Mervyn and extremely useful to us, the reader.

    I've been a subscriber to Darts World magazine since 1996 and in all that time not once was there an edition late! And while some people give out about it's dull appearance i reckon it has done a great service to darts over the years mind you it is slightly biased in favour towards the BDO but other than that i think it's a far better magazine than Welovedarts ever will be!
