Ive been reading alot online about the contents of food with relations to calories but im finding it hard to find information on Irish brand foods. Im just wondering if anyone here would know the how many calories are in
    Supermacs Burgers
    Supermacs Pizza slices
rolls, like what we get in Centra hot chicken ,cheese and lettuce
Im just trying to get an idea of how many calories I consume at the weekend.

The guy who runs this site posted here before www.foodproof.me it is Irish.

Not sure how accurate it is, many things have been discussed before so you could try searching, use quotes and the site: syntax

e.g. I know chicken fillet rolls were discussed before and found the thread using google, check my search here

    +"nutrition & diet" +"chicken fillet roll" +calories site:boards.ie

For other items I try and find a similar one in a supermarket, like your pizza, which is VERY high in kcal, I saw my mate eat a pizza the other night, the portion size quoted was for a 1/4 pizza, he had the lot of course, and it was not particularly big, so watch portion size on packets. On pizzas it is so high you might guess it is for the full one.

The Irish fastfood places are notoriously bad in producing nutrition information.
I collated all info I found.
Fourstar pizza and Abrakebabar are two that provide details
    Supermacs provides no details.
All the international chains, McDonands, Burger King, Dominos have all been added to foodproof.me

There are 512.80 calories in a Supermacs Veggie Burger. It has 28.64 grams of fat, of which 3.28 is saturated.

Using the weight watchers calculator, that puts a Supermacs Veggie Burger in at 8 Points.

A regular burger has 4.5 points (235 calories with 4.95 grams of sat fat).

The best one yet has to be the "Chicken Wrap / Garlic Sauce". It comes in at a whopping 11.5 points.

Actually, just worked out the " Smokey Bacon Burger" is 13.5 points.

Imagine you had one of those with a portion of regular fries (5.5 pts), that would come in at 19.

Might be better steering clear of them altogether!

I just emailed them and their Food and Safety Manager got back to me with an excel sheet for of nutritional information. Its quite comprehensive and it also does a comparison section with MacDonalds foods.
