Sore knee

I've been running about 4k, 3/4 times a week for the last month. Lately towards the end I get a soreness in the side of my knee and yesterday I had to stop because of it. I don't have any problems walking or cycling just when running. Is this a normal type of impact injury and what's the best approach to let it heal?

    Cheers.

your best bet it to go see a doctor or physiotherapist. As per our charter, we don't venture into the realm of giving medical advice on the internet in the ART forum. I hope you recover soon.
