Job Questionaire Forms - Right answers?

    hi,

I have to apply for a job and part of the process is filling out jobs questionaire form. This will take approx 20 mins.

I completed two of these forms last year. One of them, I gave, what seemed to be, the correct and right answers as what I would do in a given scenario. In the other one, I gave, what I seemed, the wrong answers.

    Neither applications were successful.

Is there anywhere on the net where I can look for right answers??? The questions would give 5 possible answers to a given situation in a work scenario.

    Thanks

Is it possible your applications were unsuccessful for a different reason, e.g. your interview went badly?

Here's a weird example from my own experience:

I had to do one of those questionaires once. After giving it to the employer I realised I was supposed to fill in the example answer as well, which I didn't do. As a result it meant I had answered every question on the wrong line, which meant every question was answered incorrectly.

    But I got the job.

So who knows what the hell they do with those things!

No, did not fill out the form wrongly.

Have applied for the same job this year as well and the exact same questionaire is been asked. There are five possible answers to each 120 questions. Last year, ?I lodged an app with silly answers and other with reasonable ones. Both were unsuccessful. You would then attend interview if successful.

There is no right or wrong answers in it.

Maybe so many people are applying they are just picking random applications?

I think he's talking about the temp clerical officers application for the civil service. I filled it in for the first time today. OP, I doubt very much there's a magic formula. Due to the volume of applications luck probably has at least a little to do with it. I'd be surprised if any previously successful applicants were willing to spill the beans. I think you should fill it in honestly, or at worst what you imagine they're looking for, and cross your fingers. I know that isn't much help but there likely to be so many applicants even those who give them exactly what they might be looking for have only a slim chance of success.

If its the temp clerical officers just answer it truthfully, They will ask you in the interview about your answers so best not to lie as you wont remember what you said.

Its worth noting though that even if you get an email saying your were unsucessful you may still get called as I did last year.

    Hope you all get it.

    ya thats the one allright.

did the same one last year as well and answered truthfully, but still no good.

I would love to know how they mark each applicant.
