Where is the best place to do the CPL and Hour Build?

I have my PPL and i am wondering where is the best place to do my cpl and hour build? I would like to find somewhere where i can get the best value for money, and to get in done a relatively short period of time. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

The best place is Ireland while visiting the UK and Europe within a club or owning a share in an aircraft. Otherwise America as ever.
