Running / Cycling commuting backpack

Hi all,

Have decided to start running to work which means I need a suitable backpack. I currently cycle to work and know I can get away with a 15L pack ( its knackered though )- but was wondering if anyone knows a good one specifically for running.

I presume it will have a chest and waist harness ?

You can get special cycling ones which are lightweight and have frames that lift them off your back, to allow airflow around you. I think some also have water bag things with drinking tubes. They can be pricey, this place is good

A small Deuter backpack with airvents. I have to say its not great for running but its excellent for cycling.Everything about the bag is awesome. just wish it had a pocket on the strap so i didn't have to take my bag off everytime i wanted something small. I got mine from chainreaction cycles which are fast to deliver & very reliable.
