I think a couple of fellow boardsies are signed up for IM CH, but was wondering if anyone has a view on the bike course?

I was thinking about the gearing and given that I am a granny-ring merchant for the likes of the Wicklow200, am getting a little concerned that a standard tri-gearing set up will be a little problematic for the likes of myself on the CH course...

The bike course if fine. The "upflats" are longish drags but if never gets grannyringesque.

    C'mon, where's the positive mental attitude :D.

Check out this guy's finish line dance and visualise yourself in the same state of mind. Then, its just a matter of working on your Riverdance routine ;)

I cried on the bike in IM Austria last year, people look at you funny if you do.

lol, they might have been looking at the leg hanging off rather than your crying.

agree on the PMA though. some nerves are good but you got to have the believe you can do it.
