    Háigh

I had a baby recently and would like to insert a saying/blessing/phrase in irish into our thank you cards. One I could relate to my lovely new son to welcome into the world..or wish him well or something similar :)

Also, his name is Dylan. Does anyone know if this name has an irish equivalant?

    Can anyone help?

    Go maith agat!

There's no Irish for Dylan....the surname Diolún is translated to English as Dillon.

'Gaoth an tsonais chugat'....the wind of happiness to you.
'Tabharthas na sláinte chugat'....the blessing of good health to you.
