If you actually want an answer, your whole premise is flawed. There is not any filthy electro (I assume you mean electro-house, I wouldn't ever call electro filthy) on mainstream radio stations, only girly commercial shit like Deadmau5.

Electro-house is also a genre. Filthy is an adjective often used to describe the genre electro-house.
