ok so about 3 weeks ago i got a call from sky asking me if i wanted to take out sport or movies ....

i told them that i couldnt afford to have both , so the lady said that she would give me both for €20 for the month on top of my €30 sub with should of totaled €50 for this months bill...

today i just happened to think to myself i will check out my bill online and im glad i did because i had a bill of €110 !!!

I rang sky straight away to give out to them , got though to the indian center i think and i have to say the guy was nice and helpful.

he said that when you agree to an offer over the phone that you also agree to pay 2 months bills the following month , i told him i was never told that and said i wouldnt pay it .

after a heated argument he said that he would credit my account €20 leaving me with a €90 bill on the 10th

he said that he would then credit my account a further €40 for next months bill ( meaning i wont have to pay a bill next month )

Just warning people if you get a call about an offer make sure you KNOW exactly what your saying yes to.

ok thats me rant over :D
