Nursing home

Hello, My partner and I are considering setting up a nursing home, however, raising the finance to do this is obviously very difficult! the bank financing will cover about 70-80% but where can i go to find additional finance? any ideas? ive already considered EI, and the local co co's..!? thanks!

Do you have a business plan and have the banks issued a letter of offer? There are a number of options available subject to response to the above. pm me if you wish.
